Hi, I'm Lisa O'Connor. For years, I believed creativity was for "other people." I watched others create with longing, convinced I wasn't the artistic type. Fear whispered that if I couldn't make something "good," why make anything at all?​
But those limiting beliefs weren't truths—they were just stories I'd believed too long. When I began exploring creativity through gentle curiosity instead of harsh judgment, everything shifted. I didn't need to learn creativity; I needed to remember I already was creative.​​
This transformation ignited a deep desire to guide other women on their own creative awakening. From this calling, ArtWomb was born—a sacred space where creativity is nurtured without judgment, where play trumps perfection, and where women remember their inherent creative birthright.​​
Now through ArtWomb, I help women remember: your creativity never left you. It's waiting for permission to emerge, for a safe space to play, for someone to say "yes, you belong here too." You do. You always have.

It's pretty amazing how clear things can become when you're not trying so hard.
